Notes: Today was still a little disappointing. Again, I was planning of running for 30 minutes and covering 3.10 Miles (5 Km) but didn't make it. As long as I improve on my previous run, I should be happy.

A combination of nasty road conditions (freezing rain), a late night celebrating Donna's bday and an upper body that is extremely sore has caused today's workout day to be cancelled.

Notes: This was my first run of the year and it was pretty disappointing. I was planning of running for 30 minutes and covering 3.10 Miles (5 Km) but my right knee started to feel uncomfortable so I stopped short. The last thing I wanted was to cause an injury on the first day back.
