Notes: Tonights run was not the best of evenings, but I really felt I needed to get in one last run before the race on Sunday. There was a strong head wind on parts of the route and heavy rain at times too. I actually had to walk for about 1 minute after the 30 minute mark but was able to complete the rest of the course after that.

Notes: Another run in the Beaches and with the heat wave we are having this week it was very busy. I think I hurt my lower left leg running this evening and feel a lot of pain while walking, hopefully its nothing serious! Notes: This was my first run after the big RunTO event and was also the first time I went for a run alone - not with the RunTO training sessions. I ran the same route that we ran during the RunTO training session for 10Km. I felt ok, but still came in just under 50 minutes.
