Notes: Ran my first 5Km distance outside. Took it out easy and glad I did since I pretty tired by the time I hit the last 2Km. My knee was a little sore after the run, but pretty happy over all by the time and distance. Stopped for about 20 second to cross Victoria Park Ave., but there was too much traffic (start of the path at Taylor Creek Park).
