Notes: Today I took my dive into training with the Run TO training group (9:30am). The Beaches location was the closest group to join. The run went very well and I feel extremely confident that I will no longer look bad on may 29th. Starting near the back of the pack, I ran hard and ended up finishing in the top 10 at a 5Km distance.
