Notes: This was my first of two things: It was my first attempt at running for 8Km and was also my first attempt at running the High Park route. This route has a lot more hills then the route in the Beaches and it also has the challenge of a couple of traffic lights to compete with (also a nice break). Overall it was a touch run, but I made the entire distance with the help of a running partner (complete stranger) who was make the same amount of time as I was. This run was also the first time I was running with my new Adidas shoes and was pretty happy with them until I found out that they were creating a blister on my foot about 4Km into the run. I now have a big fat blister to treat! (To much information?)
