Notes: After another full week of not running (because of blister issues), I got myself back on track. Today I was EXTREMELY tight in the legs after playing 3 games of Ultimate Frisbee the day before. However, I faught through the tightness and finished the run without a single rest, which I was very happy about. Now if I could only break 44 minutes!
