Notes: There is something about High Park that I just don't like ... I think its the long hill at the end of the route and at the 4Km point. Today I was feeling a little under the weather, but still made it out for a training run. I was a little disappointed with the result (time) but can live with it. This will be my last training run before the big race on Sunday. Hopefully I can break 50 minutes then!
