Notes: Tonights run was not the best of evenings, but I really felt I needed to get in one last run before the race on Sunday. There was a strong head wind on parts of the route and heavy rain at times too. I actually had to walk for about 1 minute after the 30 minute mark but was able to complete the rest of the course after that.
