Notes: This was a race where I had high expectations for myself. With two races under my belt already, I was prepared to cross the finishline with a new personal best. Unfortunately I came into a small injury at around the 2 Km mark which effected my run for the rest of the race. I ended up finishing the race in a disappointing time, but even more disappointing was the fact that I think I pulled my groin. I hope its not too serious!!!
