Notes: This 5Km route had me out first thing after work and it was a good thing that I did as there was yet another concert at Ontario Place... George Strait (sp?) this time around. I tried to push myself again to come in with a good time and must say that I am happy with the result. Running at a pace of 4:45 without stopping for any rest periods is a good run. Oh and its a new PB. :)
