Notes: This 5Km route had me out first thing after work and it was a good thing that I did as there was yet another concert at Ontario Place... George Strait (sp?) this time around. I tried to push myself again to come in with a good time and must say that I am happy with the result. Running at a pace of 4:45 without stopping for any rest periods is a good run. Oh and its a new PB. :)

Notes: Starting point today was at Strachan Ave and Lakeshore Blvd. I tried to keep a good pace the entire route but it didn't help that there was a Dave Mathews Band concert which was just going into the Molson Amp this evening ... this made for a zig zag through a crowd of people heading into the theatre at Ontario Place.

Notes: Another windy day as the route took me west bound. It also didn't help there was a large number of people on the path walking in support of the Rick Hansen Wheels In Motion. Nevertheless, these are no excuses for the poor run I had this morning. I just didn't seem to have it today. The run included two 1 minute walking periods where I just had to listen to my body. At least I got to hear Glass Tiger perform live at the end of the run.

Notes: The wind out of the northwest was nasty. It was a tough run heading west and wasn't that much easier coming back. The only good thing was that there was nobody else on the path tonight other then the odd crazy person like myself. I was able to complete the entire route without a rest period which was great to get through. My old injury was starting to feel a little strange part way through but seem to be ok. Looking forward to running 10K this weekend continuously.

Notes: I went out pretty hard today to see if I could run a steady 5K at a good pace. My goal was to run under 26 minutes and I was able to do so. New PB. However, I still had to walk for about 30 seconds with less then 1Km remaining.

Notes: Sunday morning and I was hoping to run for 10Km, but ended up running for more then 11Km. I felt pretty good and could have run forever or at least longer. This route included two 1 minute walking periods and one 30 second walking period.
